The Sestiere Dorsoduro in the Morning
No updates for a long time… We were just too busy during the last weeks. We were both busy with exams, I had a lot of work to do, I bought a new Macbook Pro which had to be set up… And additionally, we didn’t really have the time to shoot new interesting material.
Then however, when Simone’s exams were finally over, we grabbed our friends Jenna&Clemens (helloooo!) and headed out for a four day trip to Venice, Italy. Needless to say, it was AWESOME! :) During the first half of our stay, the weather was slightly wet and foggy, but in the end we got a bit of sunshine and a lot of good photos!
We’ve been to Venice before, so we knew already where to go and what we could skip – but Venice never gets boring! We’ve already played around with a few shots and I guess we’ll have a few nice HDRs to show. I guess posting every other day might not yet be possible at the moment, but we’ll try to update about two times a week. We might throw in an insider travel tip from time to time ;)
So let’s talk about this photo: This is the Sestiere Dorsoduro in the morning, with Fondamente Bragadin to the left and Fondamente Venier to the right. This was very close to our hotel (not the ”Hotel American” though) and was actually shot on our last day in Venice, when we headed out very early for a random city walk, because the weather was just so perfect. In this picture, I really can feel the sun rise and touch more and more of the opposing walls.
